Create domains and users


Not an administrator? Go to the user documentation instead.

After purchasing a subscription from the shop, the administrator can go to the management website to create the first email domain.

Administrators can choose to either configure their own domain:

Or use a subdomain of a managed base domain:

Using your own domain

If you are using a custom domain, you will need to verify ownership of the domain before users can be created.

To verify the domain, follow the instructions displayed when you click 'Show Verification Records'.

Creating users

Once the domain has been verified, new users can be added to it.
