Create domains and users

After purchasing a subscription, an administrator can navigate to {{ no such element: dict object['manageshort'] }} to start using Kopano Cloud services.

The administrator can add email domains to the account, by clicking on the blue Add domain button (top right).

Administrators can choose to either configure their own domain:

Or use a subdomain of a managed base domain:

Using your own domain

If you are using a custom domain, you will be required to verify ownership of the domain before users can be created.

To verify a domain, follow the instructions displayed when you click Show verification records

Creating users

Once the domain has been verified, new users can be added.

Once users have been added, they are ready to be used. Please refer to the user documentation, for more information on how to connect users to their email accounts.
