Tasks
Working with tasks¶
The Kopano WebApp task context presents the user with an overview of the current tasks.
By default, the user has two folders for managing tasks. The Tasks folder contains the actual tasks, while the To-Do List folder is a combined view of tasks and all other items marked for follow-up.
Tasks can be assigned to other users by adding them to a shared folder. These folders can be shared using the button. Each shared task is automatically marked complete, once a user finishes the task. All tasks inside the To-Do List and the Tasks folder are private by default, until they are shared.
Adding a task¶
A task can be added by clicking on the clipboard icon (top left). This opens a new tab, allowing the user to fill out the task details, such as the name, its start and end date, and its priority.
The user can also upload attachments to a ask, using the attachments drop-down button.
