Working with contacts

The Kopano WebApp includes the ability to have a contact list or local "distribution lists".

Distribution lists make it easy to send emails to a predefined group of recipients, reducing the time spent on writing out multiple emails. The user can add a new contact by clicking on the yellow person icon. This opens a new tab, giving the user the ability to enter contact details about a person.

Adding a new contact

The user is able to fill out fields such as "Full Name", "Company", "Job Title", or "Email". Some fields include drop-down menus, allowing the user to add details to specific fields.

Important

Please don't forget to press the yellow Save & Close button before closing the tab to not lose any changes
