Account Control Panel

Overview

The Account Control Panel allows logged-in users to:

  1. Upload a profile picture, which is displayed on email clients
  2. Reset or change the user's password

The control panel can be accessed through the Security settings of the webmail app or by navigating to https://manage.myexchange.rocks/manage/#/account/.

Note

Remember to replace manage.myexchange.rockswith the actual domain your organisation uses.

How to change your password

Your password can be changed in 3 simple steps:

First navigate to https://manage.myexchange.rocks/manage/#/account/password or open the Security settings of your webmail app.

Then press on the Password button on the left side your window, under the my account section. This will change the main window of your screen to allow you to change your password.

Lastly enter in your current password in the first field. Now you can set your new password, confirming it in the subsequent fields. To apply your entries, please click on Change password. This will update your changes allowing you to use your new password.
